Hi Cathy. They’re cutest right after they hatch and start following their parents. I’ve noticed the males seem to want to be on a high perch when their mates and babies go through our yard.
The trailhead to Abbotts Lagoon is some kind of quail breeding ground, isn’t it. There’s always quail out there. I love your shot of the youngsters.
